You and I both know very well this is not run by a company, it is run by me, an actual person that is quickly to respond and work with you and help solve your issues. From the beginning I informed a late check out is not guaranteed but I can work with you and try to accommodate you, but in the case its not possible I would offer a place to store your luggage so you wouldn't have to haul them around. From the minute I informed you a late check out was not possible because a guest was checking in that day you turned into a very mean person and continued to attack me, and would not stop rage messaging me. So again through all of this communication how is it possible for my place to be run by a company with automated messages? I really do wish you the best, and hope you are a little more open minded from now on and if you wish for an upscale place don't expect to pay $55/night. Thanks!
