The property is not suitable for mobile children because the windows open outwards and the apartment is on the 3rd floor.
The cleaning charge of £30 is a 50% contribution towards the cost of a 2 hour clean and a linen changeover. If the cleaners feel that more than 2 hours is necessary then additional cleaning hours are charged at £15 per hour and the cost will be deducted from your deposit.
If you would like a linen changeover this is charged by my concierge company at £45. Please arrange this directly with them on check-in and them directly for the service. 1 set of linen is provided and if you would like additional linen but would prefer to avoid this charge please bring your own. There is a washing machine in the apartment
This apartment is cleaned for your arrival and on your departure but not during your stay. If you would like this service please talk to my concierge company when you check in to arrange this and make payment directly to them.
I love Scotland and was a student in Edinburgh before settling to work here too. This flat was where I lived during this time. Since then I have moved as I have had 4 little children and prefer country living. I still visit Edinburgh often and particularly like the Shore area of Leith for its restaurants, cinema and waterfront living.
