Our Victorian village cottage backs directly onto the Teifi estuary. The views from the enclosed back garden are stunning, regardless of the weather or time of year. We have aimed for cosy, homely decor and comforts. There is a working Victorian cast iron fireplace in the sitting room as well as the convenience of central heating. If you enjoy watching the ebb and flow of the tides, this might be the place for you. You will find yourselves in a beautiful, unspoilt part of Coastal Pembrokeshire.
The cottage dates from around 1870 and is built in granite and slate which is characteristic of the area. It was comprehensively modernised about 16/17 years ago but retains the original fireplaces and stairs. We have aimed to offer furnishings and decor to ensure that guests feel comfortable and at home. However, the real winning feature of our cottage is that it backs directly onto the estuary so guests will enjoy fantastic views from the deck, the garden and the back of the house.
The attic room is a lovely, light space for relaxing and reading on days when this suits the mood.
