Our 1911-built Columbia home combines a historic atmosphere and modern amenities. Located in tree-lined Elmwood Park, we offer a quiet stay minutes from downtown, the Vista, Fort Jackson, USC campus and Williams-Bryce Stadium.
The large second floor 14x12 bedroom has a Tempurpedic queen bed, dresser, nightstands, sofa, stocked fridge, espresso machine, cable TV, WiFi and a ceiling fan with remote. A private bathroom with claw-foot tub is just across the hall.
No smoking or pets.
A stocked mini fridge and espresso maker are in the room. Snacks and continental breakfast are provided. Join us for a glass of wine on the front porch.
Three devon rex cats share the house. They are a hypoallergenic breed for most allergy sufferers.
Street parking is readily available.
Guests will be given a front door code for 24-hour access. We ask that you be respectful and courteous of our home.

Guests are welcome to enjoy the patio, garden, spacious deck and front porch which looks like a Norman Rockwell painting. Limited use of the kitchen can be accommodated.

We are an easy-going fun couple with a love of travel and good food. She used to own a restaurant in Eugene, Oregon and loves to cook! He is Spanish and German and grew up in Madrid and Bavaria. Our 3 devon rex cats are as outgoing as we are--they are sure to greet you enthusiastically.
