White Crest is simply a stunning contemporary apartment with views to match of Godrevy, St Ives Bay and its coastline. It is situated in one of the most desirable areas of St Ives within a few minutes walk to the harbour.

The two bedroom, two bathroom, first floor apartment is part of a brand new luxury complex set back in a quiet residential location. With two balconies, both with table and chairs, it is perfect for alfresco dining, both morning and evening.

It is situated in one of the most desirable areas of St Ives yet within a few minutes walk to either Porthminster beach or equally, the town with it’s galleries, restaurants and shops. An ideal location for exploring St Ives for all the family.

The two bedroom, two bathroom, first floor apartment is part of a brand new luxury complex set back in a quiet residential location so is perfect for relaxing after a busy day on one of the many beautiful nearby beaches or exploring. With two balconies, both with table and chairs, it is perfect for alfresco dining, both morning and evening.
The apartment also has the benefit of its own allocated parking space and individual surf store (immediately to the left of the front door) along with a communal wash down area.

Inside, as you enter into the hall, every room is beautifully furnished with underfloor heated wood and porcelain flooring throughout. The living/dining kitchen is fully fitted with units by Leicht with integrated wine cooler and Siemens appliances, including microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. There is also a washer dryer located in the utility off the hallway.

The adjacent dining area has a table and 4 chairs.

The lounge area has fantastic views with access to the balcony. There is a swivel chair with large corner sofa, flatscreen TV with Freeview. Also a Blu-ray player, a Bluetooth Micro Hi-Fi and Ipod dock are available as well as Wifi.

Bedrooms are located off the hallway with the Master Bedroom having a king-sized bed with a private balcony and lovely views. Furniture includes bedside tables with lamps, a dressing table and mirror, mirrored wardrobes, chest of drawers and a TV. The en-suite has a double walk in shower with Villeroy and Boch sanitary ware, a heated towel rail, shaver point and large mirror with lighting.

The second bedroom also having great views has zip and link single beds, which allow flexible sleeping arrangements to make a Super Kingsized bed. There is also a bedside table with lamp, dressing table with mirror, mirrored wardrobes, chest of drawers and a wall mounted TV with Blu-ray player – perfect for the children.
