This Kamaole Sands home is a ground floor 1 Bedroom 2 Bath unit that has a nice, private location in the complex, with a large lanai surrounded by lush tropical foliage. It has a fully equipped kitchen, washer, dryer, AC in the living room and ceiling fans throughout.

Note:Kamaole Sands Resort charges a one-time $36.46 (subject to change) resort fee upon check-in. Fee includes use of all complex amenities, Wi-Fi, parking, etc.
There is a king bed in the bedroom and a queen sofa bed in the living room. Parking is close and there are no stairs to access this ground floor unit.
For those with small children, I have provided a Pack-n-Play for use during your stay.

You will be given your own private keyless access code to use during your stay. No worrying about door keys! An instructional email will be sent to you 5-7 days in advance.
Hawaii lodging taxes (13.25%) will be requested separately with the "Request Money" feature, or in a "Special Offer" response depending on your method of booking, as Air BnB does not have an agreement to collect and remit these taxes directly with the state, as it does with some others. I would expect my guests to behave and treat my condo as if it is their own. There is no smoking in the condo or on the Lanai as well as no smoking in the pool areas and no pets, with the exception on a service pet.
