While the room is decorated with antiques, the room contains modern conveniences....smart tv with cable, free wifi, ample electrical outlets, USB ports, bedside and desk lighting as well as an overhead light, A/C split system with remote control. Bath is equipped with oversized shower, commode and sink.

Guests will enjoy an ample breakfast. They will find breakfast casseroles, yogurt, fresh fruit, bottled water, juices and milk in the refrigerator. In addition, breads for toasting, cold and hot cereals and supplies for coffee and hot teas are available. A microwave and refrigerator are available for the guests' use. The kitchen also contains a large island and a dining table.

In addition to their room and the kitchen, the guests will also have access to a Gathering Place with comfortable seating and a large outdoor deck overlooking the rooftops of Grenada. REFUNDS
NO refund of the deposit can be made for reservations cancelled with less than 5 days’ notice.

Extenuating Circumstances for Host Cancellations:
In the rare instance where extenuating circumstances arise, your host may need to cancel a confirmed reservation. In such cases, host will refund the deposit (one's night's stay) in full.

• Property damage or sale of property
• Maintenance issues that affect the ability to host

NUMBER OF GUESTS
Number of guests should not exceed the number stated on the reservation, not to exceed two (2) adults and one (1) child per room. An additional full room rate will apply for excess guests.

SMOKING
Absolutely No Smoking or use of other tobacco products are allowed on the property.

NOISE
Disturbance to the neighbors, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental. Guests must not create noise which is offensive to neighbors, especially between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. and during arrival and departure at any time throughout the occupancy.

Regarding excessive noise, guests and visitors must comply with any instructions from Innkeepers, Allan and Janice Michael.

Guests and visitors must abide by any noise abatement conditions, standards, and orders issued by police or any regulatory authority to minimize impacts upon the amenity of neighbors and local community.

LOSS AND THEFT
The owner assumes no responsibility for the tenants' personal property.

FIRE
NO open flame, outdoor fires or candles are allowed.

NO PETS
No pets are allowed.

CHILDREN
Children aged 12 and younger must be monitored and accompanied by an adult at all times while on the property, taking special care around the stairs.

SERVICES DURING YOUR STAY
Maid service is not provided for guests staying multiple nights. Fresh towel sets area available upon request.
MISSING ITEMS
Moved items may be considered as missing items, so please ensure that, if furniture or equipment is moved around, all items are returned to the original place where they were found.

SECURITY
Keep Exterior Doors closed. For protection of you and your belongings, keep interior room doors closed and locked.

ADDITIONAL COSTS
Damaged furnishings or equipment will result in an additional charge to include the cost of repair or replacement, plus a minimum fee of $300.
Cleaning fee for odor removal due to smoking inside which is prohibited will be a minimum fee of $300.
Clean-up of vomit or other bio-hazards will result in a minimum fee of $300.
Violation of no-pet rule will result in a minimum fee of $300.

GIFT CERTIFICATE POLICIES
Gift certificates must be presented at check-in along with a valid driver's license. Gift certificates are transferable with prior approval. Any remaining amount on gift certificates can be used at a later day up to the expiration date. Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash.

LOCATION
Lofts on the Square is located in downtown Grenada at 113 First Street with proximity to shops, restaurants, entertainment venues, business offices, government buildings, and library.

Grenada is home to Grenada Lake. Grenada Lake is the nation’s #1 Crappie fishing lake and is home to Grenada Lake Welcome Center/Museum, annual fox hunting, and Thunder on Water.

Grenada is home to First and Green event center, Heritage Festival, Downtown Jubilee, Afterglow Film Festival and Dogwood Golf Course (public golf course with fees)

All rooms are located on the second level (no elevator). All rooms feature a king-sized bed, television, armoire, desk and relaxing seating. Each room has its own bathroom.

All bathrooms contain a shower, sink or vanity, commode, personal toilet articles, hair dryer and extra towels. Wall hooks have been installed for your convenience.

PARKING:
Street parking is available on First Street and around the downtown square.

BREAKFAST:
Our guests will enjoy a Continental breakfast each morning. In addition to dishes prepared from tried-and-true family recipes, breads, hot and cold cereal, seasonal fruits, milk, orange juice, coffee, tea and snacks are stocked in the kitchen for your enjoyment.

A microwave, coffee pot, coffee, and tea are provided in the kitchen.

COMMUNICATIONS:
Wi-Fi is provided

KITCHEN:
Eating and relaxation areas are available in the kitchen, along with a television. Plates, glasses, cups and flatware are provided.

No cooking by guests is allowed except for warming in the microwave.

Please place used dishes in the dishwasher as a courtesy to other guests.

DECK:
Our deck provides additional space for relaxation. Overlooking the rooftops of downtown Grenada, our deck is equipped with ample tables and chairs for breakfast or afternoon/evening mingling and conversing with your old and new friends.

We can't say enough good things about the lofts! We stumbled upon this property and are so glad that we did. Our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer. The property is new and the owners were kind enough to let us look at each of the units. The owners showed tremendous attention to detail in their restoration of this property. Our room was very comfortable and we loved the location on the historic town square in Grenada. There is a large common kitchen that's equipped with everything you could need and we loved the large outdoor patio to start and end our day. If you are looking for a clean, comfortable place to stay as you explore the deep South, we highly recommend this property!
