This cottage is minutes away from St Ives Town Centre with it’s galleries, restaurants and shops. An ideal location for exploring St Ives for all the family. This picturesque granite pillared cottage offers spacious accommodation over three floors.
Outside there is a lovely courtyard with a bench to enjoy a glass of wine or coffee in the warm evenings.
Entrance to the cottage is accessed by a stable door with exterior light with sensor. There is an entrance area with doors leading to the remainder of the ground floor.
The downstairs of the cottage is the heart of the home with a lovely country style kitchen with dining area, some informal seating and wall mounted flat screen TV. Perfect for family entertaining.
The kitchen is fully fitted with gas cooker, extractor, dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave and fridge freezer.
The walk-in Shower room located on the ground floor which is ideal after a day on the beach. There is also a free-standing basin.
On the first floor there is a cosy sitting room with two sofas with scatter cushions, a funky table and a relaxing chair with a TV.
Also on this floor is a pretty twin bedded room with wardrobe and mirrored dressing table. A separate wc is also situated on this floor.
On the second floor there are two further good-sized light and airy bedrooms, the first of which has 2 x zip and link single beds allowing flexible sleeping arrangements, there is also chest of drawers, mirror and bedside tables.
In addition there is a family bathroom with bath, toilet and hand basin.
The remaining bedroom has a double bed with large wardrobe, bedside cabinet and a window table and chairs.
Gas Central Heating throughout.
Linen and towels provided.
