I'll save the trouble of reviewing Minh's place twice but suffice to say I booked it for an additional weekend, so I loved the place. Check my first review to see that it all worked out very well and Minh is a great host.

Minh is very helpful and replied fast. We arrived a bit early and also met the helper, she's also very friendly. The room is clean and well equipped. But since the city is full of motorbikes and the room is facing the main road, the noise is quite annoying even at late night. A…

Great starting point. Really near to the centre, actually perfect because it is 15 minute walk from the very centre, therefore it is quieter, but perfectly located. Nice house, we appreciated the washing machine, because we had asome stuff to wash, comfortable bed, felt at home.
