Downstairs there is a fully equipped kitchen: fridge/freezer, cooker/oven, washing machine, microwave, toaster & kettle, dining and sitting area with tv, a toilet. Upstairs there are three bedrooms. One ensuite with double bed, one with double bed and one with 2 single beds. Exterior: Barbecue, garden with furniture and sun lounges. Private pool 8x4 meters.

About the area/Coast/Beach
The beach only a minute walk from the villa and is a mix of small shingle and sand. You can roll your sun bed to the beach.
At Latchi, approx 15 mins by car, there are sandy beaches. Golf
There is golfing at Tsada approx 25 mins by car from Polis on route to Pathos.
How to get there
Paphos international airport is approx 45 mins by car. Car hire is essential. we can provide you with any type of car at the best price.
Larnaca international airport is 2.5 hours by car.
The nearest main town of Polis is approx 10 mins by car. It has banking, small shops, supermarket, pharmacies and restaurants. The picturesque harbour of Latchi is approx 15 mins by car and has water sports, glass bottom boats, fish restaurants and cafe facilities. The marina has been recently extended. The large Akamas nature reserve and nature trails and Aphrodites bathing pool are approx 20 mins by car.
About 800m from the villa you can find tavernas, cafes and an Irish theme Pub. In Polis there is a large supermarket that has everything you might need. There is also a go-karting facility 5 mins by car. On the coastal road towards Pomos there are also tavernas. Argaka area is ideally suited for walkers with accessible walking routes to elevated areas providing stunning panoramic views of the mountains and bay. A new ten pin bowling alley has recently opened in nearby Prodromi. In Paphos there is a water sports leisure park and places of archaeological interest around the picturesque port.
