Please come and enjoy our lovely house built in 1856 in the heart of Kingston, an historic 1000 year old market town beside the river Thames, which offers great shopping, food stalls and restaurants, Royal Parks, and 30 minute train connection to Central London. It has 3 goods size bedrooms off street parking, a 150ft garden, nice kitchen diner, 2 receptions, a bathroom with bath, shower & w.c. and separate shower room & w.c.
The house is in Central Kingston approximately 5 minutes walk from the River Thames; 8 minutes walk from Kingston Railway Station; 3 minutes walk from the local swimming pool, library & shops; 15minutes walk from 3 Royal parks; 20minutes from Hampton Court Palace. Air mattress or adult size camp bed available for bedroom 3.

You have access to the whole house and garden other than a storage cupboard in bedroom 1 and the loft space. There will be one parking space available on the front drive and one vehicle will be left there by us. guest parking permits will be available covering 6 hours for the neibouring streets at an extra cost of £3 each. Our belongings will remain in the house but some cupboards will be cleared in the bedroom for your use.

A person will be popping in to feed the cat, and will be available to help resolve any issues if they arise concerning the property.
Otros aspectos destacables
We have a 3 yr old black cat that lives here called Lola who is very friendly but independent. We also have 2 Guinea pigs that live in a hutch in the garden. An assistant will pop in to feed them daily. We have CCTV which covers the outside of the building, and an alarm system.

Hi, I live here with my wife and 2 teenage children. I work locally as a builder and sail regularly on the Thames with the local sailing club.
