Our Reservation with Benjamin was one we wouldn't wish on any Host. First he basically BULLIED his way into an Early Check In, demanding he get in because his wife was "VERY PREGNANT", so we were sympathetic to his request even with his crass way of asking for it. After he arrived with his family, they went into our home and slept for about 4 hours. The owner of the property noticed that after this time they started packing up their vehicle and then they left our property. The owner notified me, and I reached out to Benjamin. He told me it was too in the unit ( WE HAD 2 A/C's PUMPING on one of the HOTTEST days in San Diego) and I asked him why he didn't notify me before he left our property. He became VERY IRATE and used PROFANITY against me DEMANDING A FULL REFUND. I immediately notified AIRBNB through my Super Host Number and was assured that since Benjamin violated Airbnb's policy of not notifying me as the host, and them as the intermediary, he would NOT receive a refund. As anyone can imagine, when a family with an infant child and a "Very Pregnant Wife" stays at your home, you bend over backwards to try and accommodate their needs. In this case, we had to deal with a Very Angry Person who was not reasonable and did not even give us an opportunity to attempt to reach a reasonable solution. I hope in the very near future he learns patience, for the children's sake. They are NOT welcome back.
