This home was absolutely beautiful. The host was very pleasant and kind. The town was just as we expected it to be. The actual apartment was so cozy and clean.

Sandi's place is quiet and the apartment is lovely. It is located close to the center of Murfeesboro so an easy walk to everything. We had a wonderful, relaxing stay and will be back!

Took what I thought was a little gamble booking this place as no one had stayed here previously... But it was a gamble that really paid off! Planning a last minute trip to Nashville to see the eclipse with 3 other lady friends. We got lucky finding this spot. Its a modern twist on a historic house. Our "apartment" in the house had one bedroom with a pull out couch in the the living room and a kitchen. Which was just big enough for the 4 of us. Both beds were incredibly comfortable. There was even a wonderful patio area with fairy light appreciate the beautiful lush garden (with some conveniently placed insect repellent in case you need!). The house built in the 1800's but Sandi (the owner and host of the house) has updated the plumbing and amenities in the kitchen. The shower was thoroughly enjoyable after a long day exploring the cute little town of Murfreesboro (a 10 min walk) or a night out in Nashville (a 30 min drive). I was in contact and with William on the website for the booking but he turned me over to Sandi who hosted us. William was quick responsive and informative with great suggestions; he was also kind enough to invite us out to a party on a farm for the eclipse viewing with was a spectacular place to watch all 2 mins and 40 sec of totality! Sandi really stood out as a magnificent host. From hug to welcome us to her home (because "in the south we hug ya'll") to the cheese spread and hand picked tomatoes from her back garden awaiting our arrival in the kitchen. From the stocked fridge to the thoughtful bottle of Tylenol in the bathroom cabinet. She thought of everything and made herself available if there was anything that we needed! I have stayed in Airbnbs all over the world and she was truly the sweetest and most thoughtful hostess I have experienced so far. She really added so much to our trip. Thank you again Sandi! Hope to see you again

I teach history at the college level and write for a Nashville-based magazine. I also compete in trail races around the South. And I don't wear glasses, by the way. That's a nerd tattoo. Librarians find it unspeakably hot. (Librarians may stay at the house for 10% off.)
