Nice, new, and comfortable apartment in downtown, with great fresh view of city, all you need in a step away, I experienced a great stay, thank you.

This place should/could have been a 5 star property. The location is prime. The building is new and well done. Being on the 15th floor afforded very nice views of the island and China Town. The secure parking is excellent. The wifi is 5G. So why a 3 star rating? The foremost reason is the way the unit is furnished. When I looked at the pictures online, I thought “modern minimalist” which is usually fine with us. I was wrong. The furnishings were selected with NO consideration of function or comfort. The big couch/bed in the living area is at the level of a mattress placed on the floor. You can’t sit on it. The 2 bar stools with no backs are OK for sitting for brief periods. We used 2 desk chairs from the “office” as our primary seating option. We couldn’t invite our Calgary friends to come up for conversation because there was no place to sit. The bed is “unique”. You get used to climbing over the edge of the bed to get out. There is no TV in the bedroom even though there is an outlet and room for a wall mounted TV. The second issue relates to the Property Management firm. The initial communication was positive and professional. We were informed the keys would be in a lock box at an address that was where the management company was located. The address was several kilometers from downtown and the lockbox was a realtor box attached to a chain-link fence outside the building. Quite inconvenient! There was no welcome packet in the unit with information, procedures. What do you do with the trash? The owner and the manager have a wonderful property that could be an absolute gem. The problems seem self-inflicted.

Für uns eine tolle Unterkunft nach der Landung in Calgary. Zentral, sehr gut ausgestattet und gute Raumaufteilung. Etwas störend waren die Geräusche der Klimaanlagen auf dem Dach des Einkaufzentrums.

Place is excellent just as pics Very clean and tidy Check in and out no issues The only problem was the parking: the remote for the parking floor didn't work so we had to register for visitor parking each night for 24h and the process of going up from parking to the apartment was hard and time consuming cause it's same parking(huge area) for four different towers By the time the manager dealt with the situation we were already done with our visit and we parked 3 nights in visitors parking

Great location. We stayed 2 weeks while our house was being fixed from some flooding. There were a few things wrong, such as the oven not working for most of our stay, and the sink clogs easily because of a garburator that was broken. Overall the host was quick to get us things that were missing. They were at the mercy of waiting for a part to come in for the oven. With those things fixed, I would recommend this place. And the property management company.

Awesome location with great views. Oven was not working the first night and we got quick responses to any questions we had.
