NB: You have agreed to abide by these House Rules prior to making the contract (paying deposit) – failure to do so may result in immediate eviction without return of tariff – this is enforceable under guest status stay


• Property is for use of booked guests only and parties, noisy social gatherings are strictly prohibited

• There is to be no behavior / noise that impacts negatively on neighbors and local community

• Balcony / veranda areas are not be used in any way that creates noise or other disturbance for neighbors – they should not be used between 10 pm and 8 am

• When absent from the property all windows and doors are to closed and locked to avoid security and water damage issues

• Smoking is prohibited anywhere on the property including veranda and balcony areas

• Any breakages / damage to be reported to manager


Compliance

Breach of these House Rules is a breach of the Terms and Conditions of occupancy and the owner reserves the right to terminate permission to occupy and to evict guests or visitors who refuse to follow these House Rules or who create a nuisance

Jeremy's place was perfect for my family and I. Great location with a beautiful sunrise view! Very quiet and warm with the north facing balcony. I would highly recommend this apartment, couldn't be any closer to the beach!

Jeremy's place was excellent. Very clean and spacious and fantastic location. You can see the sea from the balcony and you are a block away from the beach, restaurants, shops and buses. The apartment is well equipped and Jeremy was helpful and attentive. We needed dishcloths and within an or two some had been dropped off. The building has no lift - that might be an issue for you - but there are not too many stairs to climb, prob 15-20. If you have a car then the bonus of a parking space is great. Thanks Jeremy!

A nice tidy apartment in an outstanding location. A few metres to Coogee beach and a short walk to shops. Would highly recommend this apartment to any AirBnB guest. Thanks Jeremy for a great stay!

Check in instructions were clear and getting access was hassle free. We had everything we needed in the apartment and the location is perfect for anyone wanting to experience Coogee without the hassle of transport. Thanks again Jeremy!

Gorgeous view from balcony, kitchen and sitting room. We sat out with coffee in the morning, watched cockatoos playing and even whales going by! Magical. So close to the beach (2 minute walk), and can walk all the way to Bronte beach and on to Bondi beach (highly recommend the walk). 2-3 min walk to lovely cafés, varied restaurants, groceries, chemist and everything we needed. Clean and comfortable. Excellent shower pressure:). Having a parking space was a big plus. Loved it!! Would stay again.
