Our home is part of one of the local sights - "Nebotičnik" Skyscraper complex which for a period of time was the tallest residential building in Europe ;) The entry is from the Nebotičnik passage ("pasaža Nebotičnika" known to every Ljubljana resident).
Btw you will feel extra safe during your stay :) as on Štefanova street there is also a 24/7 police officer securing the Ministry of the Interior resource building. Welcome :)
Apartment is located on the 1st floor of residential building. In order to reach apartment, stairs must be used, as there is no elevator. Those 36 stairs will make sure you are staying fit while visiting us :)
Because of its position in the building, there is no possibility for street noise. In this private and very bright two bedroom apartment sleeps six people.
Apartment is owned by photography business engaged family, so we even have a Canon Selphy printer at your disposal so you can print your own postcards and send them to your loved ones.
All the bedding, linens, slippers, towels and toiletries are hotel brand high quality, so we definitely offer a luxury touch. Our apartment has special safety doors, so we provide even higher level of privacy and security.
- Living room (sleeps 2) / big, bright room with pull out sofa bed, 37 inch flat screen CABLE TV, closet with drawers, AIR CONDITION.
- Bedroom 1 (sleeps 2) / king size bed and night stands with bedside lamps. A special closet with washing machine in it, drying rack, iron and ironing board.
- Bedroom 2 (sleeps 2) / king size bed and night stands with bedside lamps.
- Full Eat-in-Kitchen / Dishwasher, Microwave, Toaster, Oven, Stove, Fridge & Freezer, Pots, Pans, Coffee maker with variety of Coffee to choose from & Tea.
- Full Bathroom with shower and toiletries included (including hair dryer). Bathroom is small (I guess in 1930's big luxurious bathroom was not modern. ;) Either that or people were smaller :)
Air condition in the summer and central heating in the winter.
For children we provide: portable bed with linens and towels, black out shades and baby bath.

1. No drugs and/or irresponsible alcohol drinking in the flat.
2. Only guests who made reservations are allowed into the apartment.
3. Please keep it clean after yourself: empty trash bins, put dishes into a dishwasher after yourself, leave used towels on the bathroom floor!
4. Please take off outdoor shoes, as we provide hotel slippers for our guests.
5. Guests will receive one house key and key for opening doors of the building. Keys are only for guests who register with us, so giving them to other persons is forbidden!
6. When leaving the apartment for sightseeing, please make sure no safety hazard is staying in the apartment.
7. Prior to arrival please send us name & surname of guests staying with us. Please inform us about approximate time of arrival!
8. Tourist tax is included in the price.
9. Please respect our building house rule of quiet time after 10 PM until 8 AM!
