An illustrious and fully equipped spacious 1 bedroom apartment is centrally located within the heart of Los Angeles in the lovely neighborhood of MidWilshire. In this vibrant & charming neighborhood, you will be close to everything! Walking distance or a short drive to nightlife, restaurants, museums, shopping, movie studios, parks and nature!
Upon arrival, you will find a sparkling clean home, lots of light, and fresh towels and linens. The home has a wonderful, relaxed warmth mixed with a little sweet extra hospitality touches.
In addition to the basic kitchenware, the home is equipped with a Champion Juicer, a lovely cappuccino machine, a Blendtec blender, Nutribullet Blender & a bamboo steamer.
The spacious bedroom has a Queen Mattress that sleeps two, and there is an additional queen size air mattress. All pillows and the Queen Mattresses are surrounded and encased in protective coverings against allergens, dust mites, bed bugs, bacteria, perspiration and fluids.
The bathroom has a full shower & bathtub.
The living room has a Flat Smart Screen TV with subscriptions on Hulu, Netflix, and Amazon Prime (HBO, CINEMAX).
There is no dedicated space for parking, but there is ample street parking available both on my block and the surrounding blocks neighboring my street. I park on the street and have no problem.
As a host - my greatest desire is to provide my guest with a wee bit of home away from home. My living space is very important to me & I hope to give a little bit of home to you, my guests, as you traverse around the globe.
