- No people are allowed in the building without a booking. In order to let another guest enter or stay in your room always contact us first to modify your booking. The room cannot be used to invite friends over. It is just for sleeping for the person(s) who booked it. 1. Please keep the kitchen, shower rooms and toilets clean. Please use all the devices respectfully and cleanly. 2. Please do not leave your personal belongings in the public space except if it is permitted. 3. Please be careful when you use the shower room or toilet. 4. After using the shower room, please pick up your trash or hair. 5. After using the toilet, please clean it by yourself. Garden/Balcony: Is only for relaxing. For example, loud conversations, playing music, or anything like that after 11pm does not create a good harmony with our neighbours Bathroom/Shower: When using the washing machine, kitchen, shower room, toilet. Please be careful how long you have been using it. Especially in the morning, please think of other tenants living in the building. Kitchen: When you’re washing your bowls or vegetables in the kitchen, please keep it clean and don’t leave any trash behind. We will provide the trash bags and washing soap for cleaning bowls. When using the kettle, please be careful the level of water that remains. No water will may result in a fire. After using the kitchen, please remember to turn everything off. Please be aware that your garbage needs to be seperated into cans, glass, plastic (PET) bottles and burnable trash. Failure to do so will result in the garbage not being collected. When you move in, please remember to correctly report any accidents. Every tenant has to be responsible for their room. Any damage that does occur in your room will result in bearing the cost to repair. Please be careful. DO NOT take anything out of the apartment. Especially WIFI device. Anything prohibited by Japanese law is not allowed. Suspious behaviour in the apartment will be researched and the police will be informed of identities of people involved. Issues like drugs, prostitution, weapons, fraud will be informed to the police immediately. In Japan foreigners are required to carry their ID with them at all times. So never leave it in a room when you go out to avoid annoying, time consuming police checks on the street. Even if you get involved as victim in a traffic issue, police might give you a hard time just because you are not carrying ID.
