We DID NOT have a good experience with this place. - The water drainage system malfunctioned and we we're unable to use shower/laundry/dw for the second and final day of our stay,- It's listed as a 12 bed/5 bedroom, but in reality there are only 3 actual bedrooms, and 6 beds (…

JJ, Thank you for your feedback. Sorry that you were occupying the house when the plumbing problem occurred. I do not believe that you caused the problem. However, we provided alternative facilities immediately. We did not advertise 12 beds....we advertised "beds for 12" which is accurate. We cannot be responsible if you do not read the advertisement. Everyone else seems to have no trouble using the private facilities. Sorry that you were not able to manage it. Yes, the garbage is annoying but it is the only service available. On the bright side, it is just 2 blocks away. Sorry you did not have a good experience. However, we gave you a bargain price. Some appreciation would be nice. Robert

Robert was very cooperative and provides all that your family will need while staying in his home. The house is very clean and well equiped. The neighbors are friendly and the private community is a plus.
