Perfect space for a group of 5 couples. The gated community felt very safe. We spent lots of time on the third floor terrace enjoying ocean views.

Awesome place with great views. The neighborhood is super secure with easy beach access.
Also some great amenities at the clubhouse - tennis court, basketball court, pool and hot tub, and a great playground for the kids.

Tenants have no access to the clubhouse where the pool and hot tub is located nor the other amenities found on the third phase. Dominic owns a parcel of land in the subdivision, thus has access to all the amenities the village offers.
