My property is located in the calm and historic town of Vercana, a delightful ancient town on the sunny hillside of Lake Como. This lovely apartment, with a great view of the lake and the green mountains, is the perfect place for a vacation on Lake Como and the surrounding area. This renovated apartment has 2 spacious balconies with views of the lake on one side, and the town center with its ancient church bell tower on the other. Take a seat and relax there with a drink and enjoy the scenery
- Guest, in general, must respect the house and the neighbors.

Founded April 22nd Global Mother Earth Day, sharingXchange is a social and sharing focused startup, inspired by what the sharing economy can do for our communities- both locally and globally- from our environment to improving people’s lives.
What we do: Simplifying the sharing experience by providing a sharing economy metasearch comparison site and a property management listing service. Sharing provides unique, social, ecological and affordable experiences and we want to encourage people to share.
Renting out your unused space, home, car, boat, or giving people rides can help pay your bills and fund your next vacation. Our marketing team creates a professional listing for the things you want to share and promotes them through leading websites.
Our Mission: Inspire sharing! Make it easy for entrepreneurs to share their stuff, help people connect, make new friends, and engage them to search compare and share.
