Newly refurbished , 3 bedroom flat over 3 floors with private courtyard and located in central Falmouth location. Within 100metres of many different restaurants, cafes, bars and a variety of independent shops and galleries for browsing. Set within a gorgeous Grade II listed building.

1 king size bed, 1 double bed with wc and basin ensuite, and 1, 4ft double bed with ensuite shower room.

An entire 3 bedroom house over 3 storeys with its own courtyard at the rear.
It is ideal for 5 adults as one of the rooms is a 4' double bed, or perhaps 2 children could share.

Otros aspectos destacables

Flat 2 and Flat 3, within the same building, can be rented out at the same time to accommodate up to 13 adults or 12 adults and 2 children - dependent on availability.
Linen and towels, toilet rolls, dishwasher tablets, wash up liquid, tea towels and hand soap are included. We ask that you leave the property tidy and all rubbish is put in bin bags provided and left outside at the front of the house tied, otherwise the seagulls attack them.
There isn't a parking space at the property, but there are several long term car parks that you can park at. Dell car park is the easiest as there is a great cut through that makes this a 4 minute walk at most. We recommend you buy a weekly ticket via the Cornwall. gov website, searching for falmouth and car parks.
You can park on some of the immediate side streets over night from 6pm - 9am and there is also a shorter car park very close by (turn right at the top of Quay hill and walk straight along) where you can park for £1.50 from 6pm - 9am.

Great place, great location (closed to the the center town, restaurants, shops) and nice flat, very confortable. Nevertheless, be sure to find the keybox and do not hesitate to ask Louise before your arrival.
