Master bed has 2 closets. One, contains our clothes and is not accessible for guests. Storage closet between garage door and bathroom and garage door are locked. Cost per guest over 8 is 44 per night. If additional unregistered guests stay over anytime between 12am and 6 am for a period of 4 or more hours..those guests will be an additional 75 per guest per night at check out.

This awesome house is in the best location and was a super value! SUPER VALUE: 10 people can stay here for $340 a night on a weekend...that is $34.00 per person...or just what you would pay in (for) the resort fee and taxes on the strip (not including the cost of a room). The house is awesome because: there is amazing granite and new cabinets in the kitchen, a new bathroom, and a giant backyard with huge pool and gazebo. It has the best location because it's 2 minutes to either the 95 highway (10 minutes to downtown) 12 min to strip, or 2 minutes to Summerlin Parkway (which takes you to Summerlin or Red Rock Canyon). Other things we loved: there were 4 55inch TV's with kodi, the gas grill was huge, the dining table outside was brand new and the chairs were comfortable. Our host was very attentive leaving the house sparkling clean for us, with fresh flowers and candy. Mary was always available when we had questions about the garage door clicker, or wifi code. The front yard has cheerful mums that greet you at the door. There is an HE washer and dryer. We loved being able to park in the garage (and away from the Vegas heat.) Communication was excellent. I look forward to staying here again and would recommend this lovely home to my friends and family.

We loved everything about the house, spacious, cozy, comfortable & a nice pool. Mary & Shawn were very attentive, the communication was great from the time we made the reservation until the time we checked out. We were a large group of people & we all had privacy & more than enough space. House was clean & had all the amenities as described in the advertisement. We will definitely reach out to Mary & Shawn next time we visit Las Vegas!

Beautiful and comfortable home with an amazing pool to beat the heat. You definitely get the home away from home feeling here. This is a place I would recommend and revisit.

Our group didn't get a chance to use the spacious backyard, and primarily used it for sleeping. If you plan on staying at the house or outside in the backyard or have a lot or have kids, your experience would be very different from ours and maybe better... Pros: Huge backyard area with pool, ping pong table, grill, newly installed gazebo, lounger chairs. Unfortunately, my group never had time to use it as we were mostly away gambling in Casinos... Host was thoughtful and provided amenities ready for our arrival like towels (bath and pool), bottled water, fruits, candy, and toiletries. Host responded to all my questions very quickly and left notes around the house. Great for groups that want to play and be outside, not ideal if you're planning to spend most of your time at Casinos. Cons: Central AC is good downstairs, but not very strong upstairs (+10 degree swing from downstairs to upstairs). Required turning on the individual AC fans upstairs (very loud) to keep rooms cool during the day. Water pressure was a bit weak in shower and not very hot, only lukewarm. Bottom downstairs bathroom didn't have a toilet paper holder. 9 actual beds (5 queen + 4 twins) vs 12 beds as advertised (I didn't count futons or sofas as beds). The neighborhood was quiet, but the area itself looked a bit sketchy as we were driving in as many houses had bars or fences around their house/windows. Verdict: I stayed here because I wanted a house that had enough beds for everyone that consisted of a mix of couples and singles (without the need for the singles to share beds) that wanted to have a large enough living room area for a fantasy football draft for a few hours. But since we were only using it to sleep, based on price/value, I would have preferred staying at a local Casino downtown just for the convenience of being able to gamble if I had a choice.

Did you have more than the 11 guests beyond the 2 unregistered ones we had to ask you to pay for? Your stay was during the Mayweather vs. McGregor fight, the largest pay-per-view event in history. A room could not be rented for less than $200 per night on the strip. You had 11 guests (2 you had unregistered and unpaid for on arrival)... your party couldn't have stayed in Las Vegas for less than $1300 just for Saturday night with "enough beds for everyone." This is covered in more detail later, but had to be addressed first for review accuracy and fairness. Apologies if that sounds harsh, but it is reality. This is our business and our home. We provide as much as we can, for as fair as we can, when we can, but still need to cover the mortgage. However, we were able to address those concerns that are accurate and reasonable: - We have installed a TP holder downstairs. - You had the individual A/C units set to 75 degrees...we have set them to 60 degrees and they freeze the upstairs now :) - We turned up the water heater in garage and now there can be 6 consecutive hot showers. - We turned the shower head settings to the "hardest" of the three water pulses (farthest left) now there is super strong water pressure. - We added the descriptions of the beds to be in each place the number of beds are mentioned and not just the body of the description (i.e. 5 queen, 4 twin, 2 futons, and a pullout couch mattress). Previously, we thought the body of the description plus the pictures would give note to potential guests. Also, it should be noted, that on the original booking there were 9 registered guests which would allow each person a bed, not a futon or pull-out mattress couch, which I assume the 2 unregistered guests would have unfortunately had to sleep on. Again, with at least 2 couples (since you used plural) sharing 2 queens, would leave 7 people with 3 queens and 4 twins (not futons or couch beds). Therefore, you would have "enough beds for everyone." Did you have more than the 11 guests beyond the 2 unregistered ones we had to ask you to pay for or did you just not do your diligence in assigning beds? Now, to elaborate on your pricing/value concern. Again, the weekend you stayed was Mayweather vs. McGregor. Being that this was the largest pay-per-view event in history, where even the servers couldn't keep up with the demand for those watching via streaming (just check any news article about it. I cannot put a URL here because Airbnb will block it), a room could not be rented for less than $200 per night on the strip. You had 11 guests, 2, of which, were not registered or paid for upon your arrival and we had to make that awkward text to you for payment, which we think may explain motive for your review. There is really no comparison here. Your party could not have stayed in Las Vegas for less than $1300 just for Saturday night. You paid less than $900 for both Friday and Saturday night. You would not have been able to afford Vegas on that weekend staying in a casino. There are 3 homes with bars out of 100 in our neighborhood. Being that Vegas is a cash town, people in cash businesses have both alarms and bars to protect their assets. Where our neighborhood is being described as "sketch", here, when literally only 3% of the homes have bars, we think that goes to the motive in the review and is not fair. Multiple people have commented how QUIET and centrally located our neighborhood is. There is no HOA (or landscape police) and therefore all the lawns are not manicured. Thus, we're not as uniform for houses in an HOA, but all Las Vegas HOA's do not allow for weekend/short stays. So, it could be a gamble on whether your stay is kicked out or not if staying in an HOA Airbnb in Las Vegas. It is a little telling that our communication together was amicable and in high regard to our home, until we asked that the unregistered and yet to be paid for guests... be paid for. There are extra costs associated with extra patrons and we're glad to accommodate, but we must be notified. We recently installed the Ring Doorbell for security and to keep count. Of the several before your stay, no one else brought in extra people without notifying us, only you. You were clean, so we were happy and thus gave you high marks in that regard. We understand that it could be an overlooked mistake, but when it comes to reviews, value and pricing are the last things we could think our guests would not be happy with.

I love having happy guests. I always leave a nice surprise upon your arrival. I am also a traveler and appreciate a clean, safe place where I can relax and enjoy my time off. I try my best to provide this for my guests. I have lived in Greece, camping in an olive grove overlooking the Aegean straights as well as stayed at the Penninsula hotel in Manila, Phillippines. So..I can enjoy camping and 5 star hotels:)
