The house is in a lovely setting, with access into the woods at the end of the road.
Millcroft is a stone cottage built in the 1900’s, however the annex is a more modern build.
There are plenty of nice places to eat out in Carrbridge, Aviemore or Inverness just a short drive away. Unfortunately there is no restaurant in the village.
Tomatin is a rural village which is part of the Strathdearn area, approximately 15 miles south of Inverness in the Highlands of Scotland.
The area consists of several large estates and the hamlets of Moy and Dalarossie with ancient churches.
Tomatin is known the world over because of its distillery which produces a fine malt whisky.
The area is ideal for outdoor enthusiasts, with stalking opportunities, great cycling on quiet roads and lovely walks.
In Tomatin, there is a country store where you can get all essentials such as fruit, veg, bread, milk and takeaway tea and coffee.
The nearest supermarket is a 15 min drive north to Inverness or 20 mins south to Aviemore.
