Our cabin located in West Lake Tahoe boasts 3 bedrooms and a private loft, accessed by ladder through a trap door! Great room with wall of glass facing pine trees is ideal for families and games. Brand new front and back deck with a hot tub. Walking distance to Lake 1.5 miles to ski resort. Holiday weeks like Christmas, New Years, 4th of July have a longer minimum stay requirement!

330 TANAGER DRIVE CONTRACT:

1. NO SMOKING INSIDE HOUSE.

4. $400 REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT
will only be used for Payment of any rent, non-sufficient funds, fees or other sums due Landlord;
A) Repair or replace any damaged personal property, excluding ordinary wear & tear caused by Tenant or Tenant’s guests; including:
a) charge of $35 for every set of house keys not returned.
b) charge of $25 for lost Chambers Landing Beach Pass/Card
c) Pay-Per-View cable or toll telephone charges incurred by Tenant.
Note: a landline is provided free of charge for all domestic USA calls.

5. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY:
This rental agreement at said quote allows a maximum of however many persons for overnight stay were agreed upon at execution of such agreement. Our neighbors are nice. Please NO large parties, events, gatherings or excessive noise. Tenant and Tenant’s guests shall not disturb, annoy, endanger or interfere with neighbors or use the property in any unlawful manner.

6. CONDITION OF PREMISES:
Tenant agrees to keep the Premises, furniture, furnishings, appliances and fixtures clean and in good working condition. Tenant agrees to notify Landlord immediately of any and all damage and Tenant agrees to pay for all repairs or replacement, excluding ordinary wear and tear.

7. DISCLOSURE & RESTRICTION:
TENANTS ARE LIABLE AND RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL CHILDREN ON PREMISES.
a) CHILDPROOFING DISCLOSURE:
The home is prepared for occupancy, but not particularly child-proofed. Tenant is responsible for making sure anything breakable or child-hazardous is safely secured and out of reach if small children are present.
b) CHAMBERS LANDING BEACH AND MOUNTAIN CLUB AMMENITIES:
Tenant is responsible for following all rules and restrictions as listed by Chambers Landing Beach and Mountain Club association online and at the private beach and on the shttle. Tenant is responsible for supervision of children and guests whiles using Chambers amenities.
c) HOT TUB DISCLOSURE:
LOCATED ON THE PREMISES IS A HOT TUB WITH LOCAKABLE SECURITY COVER ON BACK DECK. TENANT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL GUESTS ACTIVITIES, WHETHER OR NOT AUTHORIZED, ON THE PREMISES INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE SAFETY AND / OR PROTECTION INVOLVING THE HOT TUB. TENANT AGREES TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS LANDLORD FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS OR ACTIONS ARISING FROM / OR CONNECTED TO TENANTS NEGLIGENCE AND / OR FAILURE TO SUPERVISE THE USE OR SECURITY OF THE HOT TUB. TENANT SHALL INSURE AND SAFEGUARD THE AREA SURROUNDING HOT TUB INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE SECURITY OF ANY COVERS, CONTROLLING ACCESS INTO THE HOT TUB.

8. INJURY AND DAMAGES:
Tenant agrees to indemnify and hold Landlord free from all liability, loss or damage arising from any injury suffered on or about the Premises or at the Chambers Beach and Mountain Club Resort by Tenant, guests, invitees or licensees of Tenant. Tenant agrees that Landlord is not responsible for any loss or damage to Tenant or Tenant’s guest’s property due to fire, theft, vandalism, rain, water, or any other cause.

9. DAMAGES:
Tenant agrees that damages for occupancy limits of the number of agreed upon tenants, additional (tenants) will result in a charge of $150 per day per person in excess of agreed upon amount. If evidence of smoking or pets inside the house is apparent, $400 of security deposit will be forfeited, to cover the extra cleaning expense.

10. ENTRY BY LANDLORD:
Landlord or his agents may enter the property to make repairs, provide services or to inspect the Premises with a one hour notice. In the event of an emergency Landlord or its agents may enter the Premises at any time without notice.

11. ATTORNEY FEES:
In any action or proceeding arising out of this Agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to reasonable attorney fees and costs.

12. TRANSIENT OCCUPANCY:
Tenant is renting the Premises as a transient lodger for the number of days specified in this agreement from landlord who retains full possession and access rights.

Lisa's house in Homewood is the perfect getaway. My 8 friends and I stayed here over the 4th of July weekend and had a blast. Everything was perfect, fully stocked and Lisa was incredibly helpful and responsive the entire time. The house is a 10-15 minute walk to Chambers Beach and set in a friendly neighborhood! Hot tub, gas grill, washer/dryer, fully loaded kitchen, the works! Thank you Lisa!!!

We loved our stay at Lisa's cabin. The house was exactly as pictured and they had plenty of dishes and pots, pans and spices for making big family dinners. The hot tub was a huge plus and was already at 104 degrees when we arrived. Also, it was nice being able to walk to the private beach, literally a 10 minute walk. Plently of great hiking trails close to the house too! We will for sure rent again next time we are in Tahoe!

Lisa was a great host! Everything was set up and ready to go upon arrival. The house was beautiful, and well stocked with cookware and games. We had a great time!

Overall a great house for our group of 8 adults. The "loft" room is a bit treacherous to climb up to, but nice once you get up there. Hot tub was great and had a cool shoveling job that made it feel like you were in an igloo when you were in the hot tub. Heater and fireplace worked great. It's a bit of trek to quickly get to Northstar or Squaw, but ideal for Homewood. Lisa and Ed were super easy to communicate with and were readily available whenever we needed. Thanks for a great stay!

This is a fantastic home and comfortably accommodated 8 people (4 adults + 4 kids under the age of 10). The home is well appointed with more than enough bedding/towels, board games, and some necessities too (like trash bags, dishwasher detergent, etc. - all the random things one could forget to pack!). The hot tub is fantastic and was well-enjoyed during our stay. There is enough front yard for the kids to play and snow toys, as well. The home is about a 10 minute drive to Homewood Ski Resort & a 20-ish minute drive to Tahoe City for groceries, restaurants, shopping, etc.
