The main Vacasa guest service line is staffed 24 hours a day and you can leave a message if needed, (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN). Local Manager is Chris Mackie (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN). If needed our Local Manager will contact Crested Butte Condominium Management Inc. about an issue. Crested Butte Condominium Management Inc will bill the owner to deal with a guest issue, any costs incurred by the guest will be billed to your reservation.
HOA Regulations- Quite hours are 10:00pm-8:00am. The hot tub is open 10:00am-10:00pm and may be closed during the off season. No glass is allowed in this area. There is parking for a max of 2 vehicles and parking passes are required. No guest pets are allowed. The HOA strictly manages parking passes and there is a $25 fee for replacement of a missing parking pass that will be billed to the guest. The game room and sauna are offline and closed per the HOA and the hot tub may be closed during spring and fall off seasons at the discretion of the HOA..
