Spend your South Padre Island vacation in comfort when you stay at this lovely three-bedroom condo! Close to the beach and with convenient resort amenities such as a shared pool and hot tub, this vacation rental is perfect for a small family or a few friends.
The beach is a quick quarter-mile walk away, and there are several restaurants within a few blocks of the building. The main shopping and dining areas of South Padre Island are two miles south, and Andy Bowie County Park is half a mile north.
Arrive at the building after a long day of travel and enter through the gate to find your assigned parking space (additional guest spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis). Use the elevator to easily get your luggage to your second-floor vacation rental.
Step inside to find yourself in the open living area. To your left, an oversized leather sofa provides room for the whole group to sit down and enjoy a movie on the flatscreen cable TV. (Please note that this vacation rental does not include WiFi at this time.)
The spacious kitchen features updated stainless-steel appliances, making it easy to put together everything from a a family-style dinner or to a quick picnic lunch. Small appliances such as a blender, a toaster, and a coffee maker ensure brunch comes together in a snap.
Grab one of the four barstools at the kitchen counter, or sit down at the four-person dining room table. Afterward, a dishwasher is ready to assist with clean-up.
With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, this vacation rental can comfortably accommodate up to eight guests, with a maximum of six adults. The master bedroom features a queen-size bed and an en suite bathroom, while the second bedroom also includes a queen bed. In the third bedroom, twin-size bunk beds are perfect for kids. There's also a comfortable futon in the hallway, perfect for additional guests or those in need of flexible sleeping arrangements.
After a refreshing night's sleep, start your day with a few invigorating laps in the shared outdoor pool. Enjoy a quick breakfast in your vacation rental before heading to the beach for a day of kiteboarding, snorkeling, and sandcastle-building. Splash in the surf or stretch out on your beach towel and let the warm Gulf sun wash away your cares.
If you enjoy fishing, head to Andy Bowie County Park and spend an afternoon casting lines into the water. In the evening, get cleaned up and head south to check out South Padre Island's shopping and dining scene. If you're here on a Friday or a Saturday night, don't miss the fireworks show!

The responsible renter must be at least 21 years of age. Guests under 21 years of age are welcome, but must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Renter is liable for any damage to the property should damage occur during occupancy.
