Cool colors and shining tile floors go well with a full selection of modern furnishings and chic decorative pieces hanging on the walls. The renovations extend to your entertainment options as well. Take a seat on a sofa or armchair in the living room and take in cable on the flatscreen TV, or Netflix streaming via the WiFi!
The kitchen is just a few steps away from the living room, and comes fully equipped with everything you need to whip up a delicious home-cooked meal. Quartz countertops, along with all the basic appliances and cabinets stocked with dishware, provide more than enough tools to make something hot and tasty - and that's not even including the grill available outside! Take in your food in the fresh air of the patio, or take a seat at the gorgeous bench-style table for six in the dining room.
Leave cleaning up to the dishwasher and head off to bed - three bedrooms, along with two sofabeds, allow for 10 guests to stay here, with a maximum of eight adults. The master bedroom offers a queen-size bed and its own flatscreen TV, complete with a DVD player that lets you enjoys one of the many DVDs included with this home.
The second bedroom provides another queen-size bed, while the third has a twin-size bunk bed for kids. If you're worried about leaving your furry friends behind on your vacation, don't be! Two dogs under 25 pounds are allowed to join you for a small nightly fee.

The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation.
All guests shall abide by the Companys good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
The responsible renter must be at least 21 years of age (or the specified minimum age required to rent the property, if higher). Guests under 21 years of age are welcome, but must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Renter is liable for any damage to the property should damage occur during occupancy.
Please note the property will email a rental agreement to the guest after booking. If the agreement is not received, the guest should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation
