Nestled along the shore, our spacious bungalow town-home overlooks the beautiful Bay of Quinte! The backyard links directly to the Millenium Trail where it hugs the Bay - ideal for bird watching & rejuvenating walks.
We're a short drive to the new Casino and at the gateway to Prince Edward County: fresh food, antique shops, museums, country markets, wineries, beaches, artisans & micro-breweries. It's all about healthy fun with plenty of rest and relaxation. Come and explore this amazing area!

Are you aware that your brain is hardwired to react positively to water? We innately know that being near water can produce a state of feeling calmer, better connected, less stressed and more innovative and insightful. Away from 'screens' and the daily over-stimulation, our brain slows down, we daydream and have access to the relaxation that we naturally crave.
John and I know our day is off to a great start as we listen to the gentle sound of the birds outside our window. This "beautiful retreat by the Bay" is hypnotically restful, mesmerizing and inspiring as your body responds to the natural signals of well-being found deep inside.
We become fellow travellers when the spirit moves us! On one adventure we found ourselves wandering the byways of Sydney, Australia where Airbnb led us to some resonantly, marvelous places. The Hunter Valley Wine Region reminded us of the many Prince Edward County wineries, just south of our home. And, the white sandy Aussie beaches were amazingly similar to North Beach (10 min) and Sandbanks (25 min) from our location!
But, it can't always be "play time", so...
John's daily work focuses on designing sound and video cables and connectors. And as an accomplished professional DJ, he is also a certified sound technician. John's many friends in the entertainment industry afford him all sorts of insights and interesting stories.
On the flip side, after thirty years in education, fostering the minds of children, parents and teachers, my passion is showing heart-centred women who are feeling frustrated, stressed, lost or alone, how to quit sabotaging their own efforts; feel good on purpose; and, strengthen their career and personal relationships. (Hey... if that sounds like you, ask me about the special rates offered to our guests!)
Luckily, John and I also enjoy town life - Trenton is just five minutes along the road - or the big city amenities of Toronto, only an hour and a half's drive - or better yet... the downtown area of Belleville, which is less than 20 minutes!
We find the "Beautiful Retreat By the Bay" is a perfect location, with so much to see and do (historic tours, walking trails, galleries, wineries, studios, craft shops, fairs, farmers' markets and micro-breweries.) Whether we're here for a day, or a much longer stay!
