Our neighbors are very diverse in the types of family's, cultures and schedules represented. This is true to many residential areas of Anchorage since it is Alaskas largest city. You don't have to worry about your own noise at all all but please keep in mind the rhythms of noise and life around this space. Earplugs are provided in case it happens to be a holiday or exceptional disruptive night.
There is designated parking for your vehicle in our driveway.
We are a small family with cats and kids who may be around the yard or in the house on your way to the restroom. We love our guests so if either are bothering you just communicate so we can work something out.

I moved to Alaska with my family of artists when I was 12 years old and have since spread my own roots here in Anchorage. Most of my time is spent saturated in the Alaska motorcycle culture working as the Marketing Director for the 3 Southcentral Alaska Harley-Davidson dealerships. I have two wonderful young children who I'm learning from every day.
Currently I also have the privilege of living with my third youngest sister, Rebekah while she goes to school. Together we tend to cultivate the same art-centric home environment we grew up in amidst the busy kids/career schedule.
I love meeting new people and have thoroughly enjoyed welcoming them to Alaska and our space via Airbnb.
