Aegina has a lot to show for itself. Mediterranean in architecture and lifestyle, its natural landscape won't disappoint even the most demanding traveler. Although exploring the whole island is a rewarding experience, the southern part of Aegina is its best-kept secret.
Sitting on its sloped hillsides, you will find Villa Kleidi III, surmounting the sea and coastline below. Take a dive at the nearby (1 km.) sandy beach of Klima or soak up on the charm of the nearby Perdika fishing village tasting fresh fish and seafood.
In terms of design, the traditional stone-built facade balances the modern interior paying homage to the island’s unique architecture. The outdoor area comprises of a private swimming pool along with covered and open seating areas, ready to host some unforgettable summer memories. Also, you don't have to worry about privacy, as the neighboring house of the house-complex is empty. It’s just you and the endless horizon opening up before your eyes!
Villa Kleidi III can accommodate up to eight guests.
The main house develops in two floors.
Starting from the lower ground floor (pool level), you will find an ensuite double bedroom, which opens up to a furnished terrace overlooking the sea. There are also two more twin bedrooms on this level, one of which opens up to the same terrace as the double. The twin bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower.
The upper ground floor (main entrance level) is where you will find the indoor living and dining area that opens onto a balcony with a seating/dining area, offering a 180º view of the inland and the sea. On this level, there is also a fully equipped open plan kitchen as well as a guest WC.
The guesthouse is separated from the main house. It is a studio at the pool level, with twin beds, a kitchenette and en-suite bathroom with shower. The guesthouse has its own pegola-covered seating terrace.

Our Aegina local person will welcome you at the port, guide you to the house, show you around and provide you with the keys. She will also be at your disposal throughout your stay to receive any support calls from your side and suggest places of interest on the island.
USE AND ENJOYMENT OF UNIT AND PROPERTY
Vacationers will comply with all local laws, ordinances and community rules regarding the use of the premises.
Failure to adhere to these rules will be considered sufficient cause for immediate termination of the stay and all monies paid will be forfeited.
At no time, shall the occupancy of the vacation rental exceed the persons included in the vacationer’s AirBnB request.
Vacationers shall be entitled to the quiet enjoyment of the rental unit. Any disturbance resulting in police action, neighborhood complaints or any violation of the rules and regulations is considered sufficient cause for immediate termination of the stay with all monies paid forfeited.
Normally pets will not be allowed. If the Vacationer wishes to bring one with him/her, he/she should check prior, to have authorization.
The security damage deposit of € 400 covers any damages to the rental property and its furnishings caused by Vacationers and their guests. Owner may use all or part of the security deposit to repair any damage caused by the Vacationers. Should the damage amount exceed the amount of the deposit, the Vacationer remains liable for the outstanding amount.
Owner attempts to properly maintain the vacation rental. The Vacationer agrees to immediately notify the Owner of any maintenance problem, so that the situation can be remedied as soon as possible. Owner is not responsible for any inconveniences that may occur for which he has no control. This includes: power outages, adverse weather conditions, mandatory evacuation etc. Owner shall not be held liable for any injuries that may occur to Vacationers as a result of their acts. Owner is not responsible for any theft or damage to Vacationers’ belongings during their stay at the vacation rental.
