First of all thank you for giving us the opportunity to host you and apologies on any issues you faced. It takes a lot of hard work and coordination to make each and every guest happy and satisfied. Sometimes there could be a gap which gets skipped while preparing the house and this is why we ask every guest to reach out to us for any issues. As you were completely aware, our caretaker is a few houses down and we would have immediately taken care any problems. We strive to make everyone happy, unfortunately you did not tell us of these problems, and instead shocked us with a scathing feedback about having problems and insecurity issues.
Fortunately we have been blessed to have confidently hosted many highly satisfied guests including many first timers - converting them to Airbnb believers (eg. Michael below) in the process. One of our guest even had water cut off for a day over a long weekend because of utility company blunder, yet they were so mindboggling positive that they became our friends in the process.
I guess we cannot make everyone happy no matter how hard we try. I would sincerely request you to give other hosts a better chance. You can certainly try a beach distant plush villa in Miami South Beach for 1000/night, even if we were a disappointment to host you in our humble home, that is also close to the beach in a simpleton Daytona Beach town for much less.
All the best!
