1. The apartment is equipped with central air conditioning system, the remote control located on both floors, you just had to ask, which you never did.
2. You rented the room in a shared apartment. I warned it is not the best choice for the family and the baby. However, you ignored my comments and were unavailable. Neither me nor the cleaner control what is happening in the apartment after the cleaning is done.
3. You sent me the message after your arrival which said: "Esther, we are in your lovely apartment, just arrived, etc. " You never complained about anything during your stay and never asked any questions. What you did, however, is violated the house rules and made my life, the life of my son and neighbours impossible for 3 days. You were not available neither on your phone, not on your Airbnb profile, where all the info about you is wrong. I had to spend hours on the phone with Airbnb customer service trying to locate you and identify who you really are in order to being able to locate the key which you took the freedom to take with you, instead of leaving in the safe location, as instructed.
You have also admitted - I have the message as the proof, that information about you on your profile is outdated, but never even apologised for all the inconvenience you caused.
4. I am not obliged by any means to be personally available to the guests. What I am obliged, the same as you, is to answer messages, calls and to do my best to solve any problems that arise. Which I did, remotely, being available for you and other couple 24 hours a day. I have spent tons of money and time trying to reach you and solve issues created by your undisciplined, careless attitude.
Therefore everything written above by you is nothing but the attempt to revenge my feedback on the terrible miscommunication you created and unapologetic attitude.
As I said in my review, you are the worst guest I had in 8 months and hope that no one will ever have to experience what I had with you.
