Managing several properties around London and abroad has given my team and I an extensive experience in hospitality, the operation of unique properties in each and every aspect as well as the provision of high quality services. We continuously put our efforts into providing the most memorable and comfortable stay for out guests and go above and beyond to satisfy each special request or need. In all the years that we have been operating we are sorry to admit we have never encountered such a discouraging behaviour and response from a guest. In all our efforts to satisfy even the smallest demands we continuously tried to provide solutions for problems that were not even there. From the moment of arrival at the property, ( a fully equipped amazing property with great location, design and comforts ) it was sadly evident to us that the purpose of the stay was to search for problems in order to create an unpleasant situation. Each complain, which unfortunately were daily and growing, about even the most minor issue were immediately responded but we were put in the most difficult position when the demands escalated to an uncomfortable manipulation in order to exploit the situation while trying to force us into GIVING A REFUND and even paying SOME OF YOUR OWN EXPENSES. Even though we brought and paid a technician to move the tv system and apple tv from the living room to the room for your best convenience and comfort we could NOT POSSIBLY SATISFY THE DEMAND OF BUYING A SECOND APPLE TV for you and paying part of the price WHILE YOU WOULD BE KEEPING THE EQUIPMENT. We could also could not satisfy your demand of PAYING YOUR WIFE'S TAXI RIDES when she went to purchase a juicer for your special diet. WE BELIEVE SUCH REQUESTS WERE UNFAIR AND WENT BEYOND OUR OR THE OWNER'S RESPONSIBILITY to be burdened with expenses which were never agreed from the beginning and were your OWN PERSONAL CHOICE. WE WERE ALSO EXTREMELY SADDEN BY THE FACT THAT YOU PERSISTENTLY REQUESTED FOR A REFUND FOR THE SINGLE REASON OF A MISSING GRILL DRAIN IN ONE OF THE THREE BATHROOMS OF THE PROPERTY, even though during your two weeks stay at this amazing property , a property in perfect condition and operation as depicted in the photos , with all the services provided we tried to go beyond or way to satisfy your demands. We are in a very uncomfortable position to make this negative but honest respond but we feel that we have to honestly assess each situation as objectively as possible and we are certain that we did everything we could during your stay but were taken back by the constant tension and unpleasant comments that could not be satisfied whatever we would have ever done.
