This bright and open beach house is great for short or long stays. The decks are great for when it is too windy to go to the beach or to take in the beautiful sunset. The beach is a short walk away and there is a park on the bay side. There is fishing allowed on the point and a lifeguard post on 88th Street. Doc McGrogan's and Sunset Pier (86th St.) Are within walking distance. The jitney stops at the corner and will take you downtown and back till 4 AM. The house is also close to Avalon.
The house is a second floor unit of a duplex. The stairs are along the west side of the house. There is an outdoor shower under the stairs.
The door has a coded deadbolt. You will be given a code prior to your arrival date.

There is a full kitchen stocked with all the essentials. Plates, glasses, cups, and cookware are in the lower cabinets. Utensils are in the top drawers and dish towels are in the bottom drawer.
There is coffee for the keurig, as well as tea bags and a kettle.
There is a portable grill for you use on the deck. It takes small camp propane cylinders. Propane is located in the closest in the dining room. Please use the grill mat and attach the grease trap.
Outdoor table and chairs on deck may be used, please return table to upside down position on leaving. Two lounge chairs are located in west bedroom

Trash days are Tuesday & Friday. If you are at the house on trash day please put the trash and recycling out for pick-up and bring the can in after trash collection. Secure the trash can in the shower before you leave.
There is a recycling container in the kitchen in the corner near the closet. There is also one on the street side deck. The recycling container that is to be put out on trash day is on the rear deck.
If you are not there for trash day please take the trash to the Sea Isle City Dump. You can do this on your way out.
Sea Isle City's Trash and Recycling Depot is located adjacent to the Sea Isle Bridge (JFK and Kneass Street) is open seven days a week and twelve months a year:
7:15am to 2:45pm.
Try to be conscious of the downstairs neighbors when they're here. If you're bringing your pet think about their volume and don't forget to clean up after them. Also, try to keep the noise down, since the floors can get loud. You probably won't hear them, but they could hear you.
Please wash dishes before you leave. Do NOT put the acrylic glasses in the dish washer. Dish washer pods are under the sink.
