Hi, Brian. Sorry to hear. As you can see I have dozens of units and I have nearly a thousands of reviews in last few years. There are only few repairs in last few years for those 40 plus units which is pretty normal. If it happens, I would do my best to relocate my guests in a better place at my expense if there is extra. What happened at your unit is that few months ago I upgraded heating/cooling systems in a couple of my units to make it more energy "green". It is not stable at beginning and caused a couple of urgent repair in last few months including your unit this time. But I am glad I was able to relocate you a larger unit in same area and, waited for you and helped you check in when you arrived after 2am due to a later flight change.
