Atención a los huéspedes
Mi hermano que vive en la unidad del condominio le revisará y lo comprobará hacia fuera y está disponible si usted necesita cualquier cosa o si usted tiene cualesquiera preguntas. Además, puede enviarme un mensaje aquí en Airbnb o vía imessage o viber en cualquier momento. Los números de teléfono se proporcionarán una vez que se confirme la reserva.
Noise: Any noise that may constitute an annoyance such as radio, TV must be kept to a minimum. You should respect your neighbours’ entitlement to quiet enjoyment at all times and ensure that no noise emits from the apartment between 11pm and 9am.
Car Park: Guests need to pay for their own parking space if there is a space available.
Pets: Pets are not allowed inside the apartment.
Security: The apartment complex has 24hour security but always be safe and ensure main door and bedroom door are locked at all times. You will be provided with a set of keys. The front door must be locked at all times. You need your key to lock the door. All keys should be returned to the owner prior to vacating the apartment. Duplicating keys is not permitted. In the event that you loose your keys, a new door lock similar to the current one will be fitted and you will be charged for the replacement.
Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.
Lights: Lights should be used in a reasonable way and turned off when not in the apartment or during daytime.
Air condition: Bedroom and living room are air conditioned. Use air condition in a reasonable way. Air condition must be switched off when leaving the apartment.
Water: Water should be used in a reasonable way and taps and showers should not be left running longer than absolutely necessary.
Refuse: Full Refuse/Bin bags must not be left inside the apartment or in front of the door. Full Bin Bags should be placed immediately in the chute near the elevator. Please avoid throwing something from the window or balcony as this may cause harm or damage to anybody or cars that are park outside.
Kitchen: Cooking is allowed but ensure safety and cleanliness is maintained at all times. Please refrain from cooking food that leaves unnecessary smell in the unit and splatter to the wall in the kitchen like dried fish or deep frying. Microwave, fridge, kettle, cutleries and purified water are available. Restaurants and supermarkets are just outside the complex.
Appliances: Guests are welcome to use all appliances within the apartment However, where an item is damaged or lost it must be replaced. This includes remote controls. Please use them with care.
Layout: Items such as furniture must not be moved without prior permission from the owner. No changes to decoration including pictures are allowed.
Apartment Use: The apartment can not be used for any trade or business purposes. No party is allowed inside the unit. It must be vacated in the same condition as found when moving in which includes cleanliness.
Laundry: There are laundry shops available within CGS (California Garden Square) and outside CGS. If you want your bed linen and towel to be changed after few days of your stay, a laundry fee of Php 300 will be applied.
Visitor: Only paid guests are allowed to stay in the room, No visitor is allowed unless permitted by the host.
