Scott's place is perfectly located for access to the King and Queen Streets entertainment district. Easy walk to Kensington market. Across the street from the pedestrian bridge that takes you across to the harbor and it's many parks including a couple just minutes away. Lots of options for groceries, coffee, drug stores within 5 minute walk. It's a city apartment -- compact but very serviceable with a decent amount of kitchen stuff, spices, etc. Across the street to the north is nice little park and the Wellington Bistro -- a fabulous neighborhood restaurant with great waitstaff and food (shrimp with crabcake is to die for). Public transportation is easy to navigate, close by and frequent. East/West transport a short walk to King or Queen and across the bridge by the waterfront on Queens Quay plus hop aboard along the harbor. the trolleys are new, clean, and airconditioned. North/south transport a few more blocks to the east including subway. Uber was ubiquitous and reasonable. The view to the west will be blocked soon by a new building rising but the construction noise was really pretty minimal. Otherwise the building is very quiet. Oh, and a terrific rooftop patio with 2 Weber gas grills, seating, etc. we spent almost every evening enjoying the view of downtown with a glass of wine.

Really nice condo in a great location (very walkable to any place my friend and I wanted to go). Scott was a great host and quick to communicate with any questions we had. Also, the rooftop terrace is incredible and most nights, we stopped there to see the city's skyline. Couldn't have asked for a better homebase for our time in Toronto.

Great location and very clean with nice amenities. Available parking. Highly recommend reaching out to Scott and staying at this updated apartment near downtown Toronto.

Scott's place is great! Very close to restaurants and nightlife! We walked to most places near the condo and found many places to eat within walking distance. It was also awesome to be so close to the aquarium and CN tower. The condo itself was very clean and comfortable! I highly recommend staying at Scott's condo if you're looking for a condo close to nightlife and entertainment! Just a small warning about construction of a new condo building next door. The noise wasn't bad, they just start early during the week (around 7am.) Scott provides ear plugs though so that was nice! Overall it's a great great place to stay!
