Our property makes an ideal get away home for a family or a modest space for a business stay. Downstairs the property offers a lounge with LED TV and unlimited Virgin Media, a dining area with table & chairs, a spacious fully fitted kitchen, a utility area and a secluded garden. Upstairs offers a master bedroom with built in wardrobe, a spacious second bedroom with two single beds, a third bedroom with a single bed and a family bathroom. A 5 minute walk to shops, takeaways and other amenities.
The lounge offers a relaxing seated area with flat screen TV, access to Virgin Media TV offering hundreds of channels and access to super fast Virgin Media fibre optic Broadband & WiFi router. The dining area offers a table & chairs seating 4 people and the fully fitted kitchen comprises of an integral oven, grill & gas hob, a washing machine and a dishwasher. Guests can also make use of a microwave, kettle & toaster and a breakfast bar offers two stools for seating. The utility room houses the fridge/freezer and a door to the rear garden which has both a patio and lawn area. The home-away-from-home kitchen is complete with all necessary items such as cooking utensils & pans, plates, bowls, mugs and cutlery. Complimentary basics will also be provided such as tea, coffee, milk and sugar.
The master bedroom offers a double bed with fresh, clean linen & bedside tables, a built in wardrobe and a relaxing chair. The second bedroom offers two single beds with (if required) fresh, clean linen, a computer desk and two built in wardrobes. Bedroom three offers a single bed with (if required) fresh, clean linen, a bedside table and a built in wardrobe. A full set of towels will be provided for each guest.
The bathroom offers a toilet, a wash hand basin and corner bath with an overhead shower fitting.
A block paved driveway offers parking for two cars.

We meet and greet all our guests personally during check-in and also during check-out. We live local ourselves and are both on hand should you need any help or advice during your stay.

We are a pet friendly accommodation, but we require you to state during booking if you have a pet and what type it is. We also request that you clean your pet's paws if they are dirty after a walk upon entering the house, and if you would like them to snuggle up with you on the sofa, please ensure that they are dry and use one of the blankets provided to protect the sofas.
Guest's staying more than 7 nights will be offered cleaning services during their stay at an additional cost of £15 per cleaning. Each session consists of bathroom and kitchen cleaning, hoovering the property and to provide fresh towels.
If guest's require a change of bed-sheets, duvet cover and pillow cases along with the cleaning an additional £10 will be charged.
Please dispose ALL FOOD WASTE into the small green bin located in the kitchen.
Please do NOT wash any linens (towels, bath mats, duvet covers, pillow cases etc).
