The majority of city centre sights are within easy walking distance, including Templebar.

- There are currently building works on the street as part of the extension of the Dublin tram system (the Luas). This only happens during the day and will not impact your sleep, or affect your stay. Once completed the tram will run past the apartment.
- If you'd like us to include an 'Irish breakfast' pack just let us know on booking (cost €20).
- *The property is kept to a high standard and should be left in a neat condition, the way you'll find it. We don’t charge an additional cleaning fee, so we’d greatly appreciate your cooperation with this. *Parties are not allowed. *Guests are asked to be respectful of neighbours in the building. *Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment at all. *Check in is from 2pm onwards (except where we can offer you otherwise), and the check in time must be confirmed a minimum of 48 hours before check in. Please note that specific check in times are dependent on host availability, and the earlier that you can request these, the more chance there is that we can agree to the requested time! *Unfortunately we cannot generally facilitate check ins after 9pm at the property. If you have any queries about this, please check with us before booking. *This is self catering holiday accommodation, not a hotel so we don't have a reception, or live on site. Check in is at a prearranged time only, to make it easier for both you and us to plan our schedules. Please therefore understand that if you cannot make the agreed check in time and do not let us know BEFORE that time that we may be unable to reschedule your check in that day, and we will be unable to refund you for that night. As a guest it's your responsibility to let us know if you experience delays, or if your plans change. Thank you!
