Dear Emily, thank you for sharing with us your precious review. If something went wrong with your stay, we apologize but we want to provide explanations about issues you’ve pointed out.
- As for the toilet paper we provided just a basic stock in the apartment at your complete disposal (you can understand that this basic quantity can come to an end according to the use and personal needs of each guest). We considered that for 4 days of stay the basic stock of toilet paper was enough. We’re sorry if this disappointed your expectations.
- As for blow dryer it was well-functioning till your arrival (the proof is that we didn’t receive any complains about it until your stay).
- As for missing communication, maybe our phone number was not reachable, but this can happen. We've tried to do our best .
We are a serious HOST, our aim and our jobs is providing the best assistance and a pleasure stay for our guests, we always act to respect our Guests. As we did, in order to demonstrate our cooperation and ethical being, we refunded you the cleaning fee.
