Titanic Holiday Rentals will refund the deposit at the end of the rental less any reasonable deductions properly made to cover the reasonable costs incurred or losses caused by any damage to the property, damage to the contents or missing items.
The deposit will be returned as soon as is practically possible allowing us reasonable time to ensure that all costs incurred by us through breaches of the rental agreement have been assessed. We shall not however, except in exceptional circumstances, retain the deposit for more than one week after the end of the rental.

We will arrange collection of the deposit before your arrival.

This flat is ideally located for exploring the best of central Belfast. Everything is an easy 10-15min walk away. Communication was excellent too and we were able to drop our bags off early (before check in) which was a godsend. The flat itself has seen better days and is not in as good shape as the photos and it was a little lacking in amenities as other reviewers have commented, but overall it suited us well.

Gavin and Kerri organized everything very well and answered very fast to all my emails. Although we never met them in person, the handover was easy and without any difficulties. The apartment is located on the 8th floor and at first sight the high building with it’s open inner yard needs getting used to. But everyone we met inside the house was nice and absolutely fine. The house is located perfectly to the inner city and you can walk everything by foot without problems. The only thing which is a bit negative is, that although the apartment is quite pricey, there is no coffee machine (instant coffee was provided, though) and also no hooks for towels at all (not in the bathroom nor in the bedrooms or the living room). I think for the price that is charged, it could be a bit better equipped (maybe the said hooks, some pieces of soap or what else makes the place a bit more comfortable). But altogether it was a good experience and as I said, it’s location is great.

Loved the space, light and generally well-equipped 8th floor apartment. Excellent position in relation to centre and smooth, easy access.

This place has a perfect location if you want to discover Belfast (10 minutes walking from city hall). The building is quiet and safe. Everything was exactly as detailed in description and pictures. They provided the place clean. I would recommend the place for sure.

We stayed here for a long weekend recently and found that we were minutes away from most of the major attractions, shops and restaurants. Over all a very enjoyable comfortable stay in a lovely apartment.

Lovely place, very spacious! Kerri was really friendly and welcoming. Location might need quite a few minute's walk from the city centre and Belfast's main attractions.

Clean, comfortable and spacious penthouse apartment with a view of the city. Check out the Sunflower bar across the road - one of the nincest pubs in Ireland.

I'm married with two kids, both boys, aged 10 and 4 (as of time of writing). I run a performance tuning workshop specializing in vehicle engine management systems.

I don't watch TV shows at all but I do like movies and documentaries.
I have been a keen mountain biker from about 14 years old and still get out at least once every week on the bike with friends.

I grew up next door to a dry ski slope and ski'd from 3 years old. I now also snowboard and would prefer going to the snow over going to the sun. Nevertheless, I end up doing what I'm told and going to the sun anyway lol.

If I had to sum up a life motto... it would be along the lines of....
'Treat everyone better than you expect to be treated. Not everyone may appreciate it, but trying is better than not.'
