Regarding the food waste bin, I was away the week before the stay so I asked a cleaner to come and prepare the flat, including emptying the food waste bin (as well as the other bins). This is an issue I will raise with the cleaner to make sure this never happens again for an Airbnb guest. I can only apologise to Olivera that this was not properly emptied as it should have been before she arrived. I have checked the clothes hanging on the back of the bedroom door (dressing gown and coats) and I do not agree that they are smelling bad, however given Olivera's comments I will ensure they are put away before any future guests arrive.
Regarding check-out, I have recently changed my general check-out settings to 12:00 (which I had checked before returning, which is why I arrived back before 13:00), however after speaking with Olivera I realised that she had booked before I made this change, hence her check-out time being 13:00 rather than 12:00. When I arrived back and realised she had not checked out I immediately messaged her and we spoke on the phone, then I left the flat to go for a walk until after 13:00 so Olivera could check out undisturbed. I apologised to her at the time for any inconvenience this caused her and I assured her that check-out at 13:00 was fine and that there was no need to rush back. Olivera did not mention that this was a significant inconvenience to her so I am surprised at the negative review as otherwise we had communicated well. If my early return was inconvenient then I apologise again and will make sure that check-out times are properly communicated in future.
