The external door is shared with our apartment next door and overlooks shared outside space.

The apartment is accessed through the archway directly off Tomnahurich Street. The stairs to the right lead to the white door which is shared with our other apartment. Once through the door, 68B is on the left hand side.
Inside the front door of the apartment, on the left you have the double bedroom with built in cupboard and freestanding drawer space. A comfy bed with quality linen and towels to enhance your stay. The window overlooks private parking to the rear and a pretty garden next door.
Hairdryer and basic toiletries provided.
The open plan kitchen/dining/lounge area is to the right. There is quality appliances including a washer/dryer and a very large fridge freezer as well as hob, oven, toaster, coffee pod machine and microwave. The kitchen is well equipped and the dining table offers a pleasant space at the window. We provide milk and fresh orange. With a bakery downstairs - breakfast is sorted!
There is a sofabed available if you had additional guests and bedding can be supplied by arrangement.
The shower room has a Mira Sport electric shower, sink and WC.
The area normally has access to 4G and broadband is available to guests.

I am normally available during the day and evenings and happy to recommend ways to explore the area. I do not live at the property however I can be contacted by phone or text and will deal with any queries as quickly as I can.

Parking - on street parking is available between 5 pm and 10 am. Outwith these hours parking is for permit holders only. A parking permit can be provided and must be returned at the end if your stay
Although housekeeping staff will clean the property after you leave we respectfully ask all guests to clean and put away any plates, cups, glasses, etc they have used during their stay.
We ask guests to be considerate to neighbours during their stay and keep noise to a minimum.
Communal recycling and general waste bins are located at the bottom of the external stairs beside the garden sheds. All rubbish should be removed from the property before you leave.
Please ensure keys and Parking Permit (where issued) are returned. Failure to do so may result in loss of deposit.
