Our home is an adorable bungalow built in 1918, 2 bedroom, 1 bath in a quiet neighborhood near downtown Colorado Springs. The house retains much of its original charm and character, even as we work to update it.
The house boasts a cozy living room and dining room, and small but functional kitchen. A full size refrigerator, toaster oven, stove top (4 burners), coffee maker, dishwasher, and microwave are available for your use. Each bedroom has a queen bed and lots of windows. The bathroom has a vintage claw foot tub perfect for soaking.
Disponible para huéspedes
The backyard is currently under construction, but a large gas grill is available for your use. Our television and dvd collection, our games, and our full kitchen will be available to you.

When possible, I will greet you when you arrive and turn over the keys. I live a few blocks away and so can be available for on-site emergencies, but often travel myself, so am not always in Colorado Springs. When I am out of town, I will make arrangements with a neighbor to be available to help with emergencies, and the key will be left in a lockbox. Feel free to call or text before your trip with any questions about Colorado Springs or the neighborhood.

We have a super cool and friendly cat named Stout. We ask that you be willing to spend time with him when you're at the house, and give him fresh water. We'll take care of his food.
Please take out the trash and wash any dishes you've used. Any towels you've used can be placed in the laundry basket to let us know what is clean and what needs laundered. Thank you.
