This is the welcoming information as well as our rental conditions. Please, read carefully the following information, it is for your interest:

? HOW TO PICK UP KEYS: On your arrival day please collect keys from our office, we are on Carrer Calau, 10 (in front of the beach, between Restaurant Can Palet and the ice cream shop), we are on a pedestrian street, not accessible by car. If you do not know the area, please ask for indication before travelling. If, for any reason, you may arrive after 20.00 hrs, please let us know in advance so we can organise your late arrival.


- CHECK IN: The time table to check in from Tuesday to Saturday is from 16.00h to 20.00h (from 4pm to 8 pm), Sundays and bank days from 11.00h to 14.00 (from 11am to 2pm).
- CHECK OUT: The apartment has to be vacated and the keys have to be giving back to the agency at 10 am on the departure day, if the departure day is Sundays and bank days at 11 am.

On Sundays, Mondays and bank days out of season, please contact with the agency to arrange the arrival time.

Attention: These times are flexible and they always depend on the season, check them with the agency.
? LATE ARRIVALS: If, for any reason, you may need to arrive later than the closing time, please let us know in advance. We do not take responsibility for any incident occurred if the late arrival has not been agreed with the agency. To take benefit of this service the total rental will need to be paid in advance and at the latest one week before your arrival. Once the agency receives the total amount of the rental price, we will send you per email the procedure to collect your keys out of our office hours.
? Finques Port Calella cannot commit to keep the booking if the accommodation is not taken within the 48 hours following to the estimated arrival date, unless mail or phone contact informing about the delay. The shortening of the stay does not give to rise to any refund for the lost rental.
? TOURIST TAX: The price of the rental does not include the tourist tax. This is applicable to all bookings and 0,90.- € per person and night will be charged, a maximum of 7 nights, adults and children older than 16 only. The balance of the tourist tax have to be paid at your arrival date.
? OCCUPANTS: The number of occupants must not exceed, under any circumstance, the capacity previously agreed with the agency.
? FACILITIES: Check the facilities of your apartment with the description you received, but in general, all the apartments are equipped with TV, hob, oven and/or microwaves, fridge, washing machine and the basic kitchen tools. There is a coffee machine and iron, but there are no small appliances such as a hair dryer or a toaster.
? SPECIAL FACILITIES RESIDENCE PARK GOLFET : The washing machine is communal and it works with tokens that can bought to the warden.
? SPECIAL FACILITIES RESIDENCE PORT PELEGRÍ : The washing machine is communal and self-service and it works with tokens that can be bought from our office. There is no microwaves and no iron in the apartments and studios Port Pelegrí.
? BED LINEN: Bed linen is provided and it can be weekly changed without any surcharge, if previously requested. No towels, tea towels or table cloths provided. Towels can be rented for 3.- € the bath towels and 2.- € the hand towels (for the whole stay), no need to book ahead.
? CLEANING: The arrival cleaning is included in the price and the apartment has to be returned in the same state or an extra cleaning can be charged.
? EXTRA COSTS: Gas, water and electricity costs are included in the apartment price. No extra cost is to be added to the apartment price. The gas bottles are supplied by the agency, but it is the client who has to make the change of the bottle.
? RENTAL OF COTS AND HIGH CHAIRS: Finques Port Calella offers cots and high chairs to rent for your stay, for a price of 30.- € for each cot and 20.- € for each high chairs. Previous booking is advisable.
? PETS: Pets are not allowed unless express authorisation from the agency. If authorised, tenants are responsible of any possible damage occurred inside the apartment/villa and are expected to avoid noises/attitudes that might disturb other neighbours. Pets are subject to a charge of 40.- € per each stay. If the agency detect the presence of any pet in one of its rentals and that this presence was not announced previously, the person responsible for the pet could be subject to a surcharge of 80.- €.
? SWIMMING POOL: Only for residences with a shared pool or villas with a private pool: it will open from 15th June to 30th September, though these dates may change due to climate factors. Finques Port Calella, is not responsible of any possible restriction due to breakdown. Clients are the only responsible of their safety when using the pools.
? ACCESS TO BEACHES: According to the local regulations, dogs are not allowed on the beaches. Finques Port Calella is not responsible if the proper authority provisionally forbid the access to the beaches.
? DATA PROTECTION: Pursuant to the 15/1999 Organic law, the client is informed of and accepts the incorporation of his/her personal data into the database of Finques Port Calella, this being kept confidential by the same, without prejudice to compulsory remissions. Its aim is to provide the services specified in the contract, invoicing and subsequent control, and the ordinary functions of the company activity. To modify, cancel, oppose or to revoke consent, please contact in writing Finques Port Calella.

? ADMISSION RIGHTS: Failure to observe the following will result in expulsion without any refund of the rental price paid.
- Over occupy the accommodation.
- The presence of non-authorised pets.
- Inappropriate behaviours, such as loud and/or repetitive noises that might disturb neighbours.
- The degradation of the accommodations and its contents.
- The repeated non respect of the residential standards.

? RESPONSABILITIES: Finques Port Calella does not take responsibility for :
- Burglaries, thefts or damages suffered during the stay in any of our properties.
- The objects, clothes, etc., forgotten or lost during your stay in any of our properties.
- The circumstances beyond our control as:
- Damages in the property due to a natural disaster.
- Noises due to works in neighbour premises and homes.
- Cuts of water, light or gas by the supplier.
- The delay in the repair of appliances by the technical services.

? TRANSFERS AND CAR RENTALS: We can organise transfers to and from Barcelona and Girona Airport and Station to Calella de Palafrugell and also the rental of a car during your stay with us. Contact the agency for more information.
