My place is in an emerging neighborhood in Southeast DC. It's a four minute walk to the Congress Heights green line metro! Chinatown/the mall is only a 25 minute commute and other DC attractions are all easily accessible via metro. My place is good solo adventurers up to small families. The basement unit (of my home) very much operates as a separate studio with a small kitchenette, full bath, dresser, TV, wifi, and separate door to enter and exit. The space has recently been fully renovated!

Nutan’s place was super clean and stylish, and the location could not be better for anyone needing Metro access. We used the Metro the entire trip, so it was perfect!! She was also quick to get back to us if we needed anything, and attentive to our needs as well. Great place and …

Our stay was very comfortable. The room and bedding was clean. There was adequate heating and furnishings. Public transit was easily accessible, and tons of Uber and Lyft drivers were around as well.

Loved the apartment. Very close to the Metro, which goes straight into downtown DC (Green line). Clean space, just as described.

We stayed at Nutan's for a quick weekend getaway to DC. Since parking in DC was a hassle, we left our car right in front of the house all weekend and took the metro in and back all weekend. Just a head's up - if you are looking to stay IN DC, this is a wee bit out of the way. To …
