The unit is the main house on the property. It has a formal dining room, modern kitchen with island counter, elegant living room. The property has a garden terrace with koi fish pond. It has one parking space in a two-car tandem porte-cochere. Because of the tandem parking situation, if there is another guest's parking, some coordination is necessary to enter/exit. There is also a parking space with permit along the side curb in front of the property.
