This elegant, contemporary, spacious, private and quiet 1-bedroom and 1-1/2 baths is the main unit on the property. It occupies the entire main floor of a new, gated executive residence. In San Jose Downtown's historic quaint Urban Village District.
•Walk to Everything Downtown: Business District, Bay Area’s finest dining, shopping, entertainment and cultural centers. Walking distance to all major transportation (CalTrain). Close to Hwy (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN).
•Easy access to all things Silicon Valley, Palo Alto, Mountain View, Cupertino…

On the property, we also host a detached guest cottage and a separate lower level apartment.
The main house being shown has 2 additional bedrooms on the second floor, but these are locked for storage and not accessible and not used.

It has one parking space in a two-car tandem porte-cochere. Because of the tandem parking situation, if there is another guest's parking, some coordination is necessary to enter/exit. There is also a parking space with permit along the side curb in front of the property.

The Main house is amazing! Very modern and well-equipped with all the appliances. We've stayed here with my wife and 4 years child for 2 months. Lynn is very nice and helpful. Always in touch if you have any questions. House is much better than shown on the photos. As a bonus you have small room that you can use as an office. Back yard have plenty of space and there are few fruit orange and peach trees right behind the house! 100% recommend this space!

If you stay here, you will enjoy a very attractive home, very well equipped even for a long stay. We stayed almost 3 weeks. It was clean, comfortable, and elegantly outfitted. The kitchen is excellent with granite countertops and breakfast counter and what looked like brand new appliances. The extra half bath is always a convenience in a rental. There's even a small office and, outside, a waterfall and koi pond. A very pretty, private environment, gated from the street, with private parking space on site and a front porch for morning coffee. Minutes from Whole Foods. Overall, a real find if you want to be anywhere near downtown San Jose.
