We are offering our cozy 2 BR 1.5 BA home (1500+ sq ft ) in South Broad Ripple to folks looking to have an amazing time in Indianapolis and the surrounding areas. Close to everything Indy has to offer-- 1.5 miles/5 min from Butler and Broad Ripple, 5 miles/15 min from Downtown, and 3 blocks from the Monon Trail-- we think you will totally dig the location of our home. We are also located within walking distance( 10 min) of several restaurants, a brewery, and bars.
We live in a two story townhome that was built in the early 1920s, and we love its character and charm! It has beautiful, original hardwood floors throughout (sometimes they can be a bit creaky) and an abundance of windows that allow lots of natural light to pour in. We love our sleep as much as our sunshine, thus there are blinds and curtains on all bedroom windows.
Bedroom 1 is a corner room, sharing a wall with the bathroom, and features a FULL size mattress which can sleep 1 or 2 people comfortably. It is a small space and may be tight for 2 people unaccustomed to sharing a bed. Guests do have access to their own closet with hangers in this room.
Bedroom 2 is separated from Bedroom 1 by the stairwell and features a bay window, loveseat, and new QUEEN size mattress which can sleep 2 people comfortably. It also has a small dresser and closet (with hangers provided) that guests can use for storage, as well as a mini fridge/freezer and single serve coffee maker.
For additional guests we are offering our incredibly comfortable West Elm L-shape sectional sofa located in the living room which can comfortably sleep 2 people (we fall asleep on it regularly), as well as a new Queen air mattress which also comfortably sleeps 2 people.
Disponible para huéspedes
Guests have access to all areas of our home, including the newer washer and dryer, which can be found in the basement. Please note that our basement is unfinished and you will want to wear shoes if you go down there.
Atención a los huéspedes
We like to give guests privacy; however, will be available via phone/text message (or can meet you in person if needed) for any questions you may have regarding sightseeing, hiking, biking, great places to eat, and beyond. Born and raised in the Hoosier State, we have visited and familiarized ourselves with just about every inch of it.

Our house is almost 100 years old which means creaking floors and doors are a frequent occurrence. If this doesn't sound up your alley please do not book with us.
Typically a dog and a cat live at this house. When our entire home is booked, they both will be removed from the premises. That being said, if you have allergies to animals, our home may not be the best place for you. Both have been well tolerated by humans with allergies in the past but we cannot make any guarantees. If you must leave early due to pet allergies we follow the AirBnB refund policy.
Small grab and go breakfast items (bagels, cereal, yogurt, bananas, etc) and coffee will be provided to guests. If there is something in particular you want for breakfast, let us know and we will try to make it happen!
Since we share a wall with another townhouse, we do ask that you keep extremely loud music and shouting to a minimum to respect their peace and quiet. We definitely want guests to have all the fun, but also have to be respectful of our neighbors.
