Family friendly home on a quiet street in Roxborough Village, minutes from Roxborough State Park, Waterton Canyon, and Chatfield State Park. Convenient access to groceries and a few restaurants in Roxborough, but off the beaten path in a serene area. It's not uncommon to see wildlife: deer, rabbits, and all kinds of birds. Walk out the back gate for access to miles of walking trails, a community park, tennis and basketball courts, and a skate park.
Please no shoes on the carpets. No access to garage, basement, or master closet. Please load dishes into dishwasher and run before departing.
Bears: Please make sure the bungee cord is secured on the garbage dumpster and no food is left outside. There have been black bear sightings in our neighborhood recently. They are not aggressive, but just looking for food and usually go looking late at night or early in the morning. I have never actually seen a bear while we have lived in the home, but bears have been seen on our street and within the neighborhood.
